Our Company’s Consumer Complaint Inquiry Process

  • Upon receipt of complaint e-mail inquiry by our management team, the inquiry is assigned to our Post-Closing Division to log and prepare our Consumer Complaint Form (“CCF”) for tracking and escalation purposes.
  • If complaint inquiry is not directly from the Consumer who has worked directly with RAS Title, LLC., written authorization from the Consumer must be on file or obtained to release any information to the “Requestor”.
  • Each simple complaint inquiry is reviewed by management and our Post-Closing Division within 24 to 72 hours of receipt for resolution.
  • Complex complaint inquiries may require additional research. . If the inquiry is escalated to our Curative Division, Management/Owner, Underwriter Counsel or Underwriter Title Claims, the Consumer or Requestor will be updated by email upon resolution or determination, as appropriate.
