Our Contract Processing Division receives fully and non-fully executed Florida contract packages for review and processing. Our associates communicate effectively with all parties surrounding each real estate closing file. Key processes they are responsible for daily are as follows:

• earnest money deposits and escrow letters
• Freddie Mac unexecuted contract package review for execution by Designated Counsel-Robertson, Anschutz & Schneid, PL www.rasflaw.com
• Fannie Mae, Auction.com, originating and other customers’ fully executed contracts
• order commitment title updates and updated lien/estoppel reports, if applicable
• earnest money refunds
• communicate with sellers and affiliates/buyers, brokers/agents, outsourcers, underwriters, customers, vendors and more
