Post-Closing/Final Policy Division
Our quality control and auditing Post Closing Division are efficient with disbursing funds for Florida closed real estate transactions to appropriate and entitled interested parties, including support documentation for their safekeeping. Essential tasks that are met daily include:
- perform quality control audit after receipt of closed file logged in by Closing Title Specialist
- review escrow checks and incoming/outgoing wires for accuracy to prepare transmittals for distribution of checks
- meet Lender closing instructions, then compile original signed loan documents for overnight
- complete recording audit prior to original signed documents uploaded for e-recording or manually sent by overnight to Clerk
- review marked up title commitment in preparation of final Owner’s and Mortgagee policies for manager/attorney review and execution
- compile and log closed files for retention by delivery to a secure vendor for scanning and archiving
- track and research post closing inquiries by mail, telephone or e-mail for manager/attorney review
- communicate with sellers and affiliates/buyers, brokers/agents, lenders and mortgage brokers, vendors and more
